Comment: In 1972 I graduated from the Ga Baptist School of Nursing and Bob and I got married. We  have 2 grown daughters. Our oldest, Stephanie, graduated from Ga Tech like her dad, but decided she wanted to become a teacher. She is teaching high school chemistry and would make Mrs. Huffman proud. Amy, our youngest is back in nursing school since her son started kindergarten.  Ethan, is our only grandchild and  is now in T-ball and full of non stop energy. He calls Bob and I, Grammi and Pappy. I've always been in OB -GYN nursing and am currently working in a private practice in our hometown, Lawrenceville, GA. Bob and I enjoy hiking, back packing, kayaking and  our cabin on Lake Rabun. I've enjoyed reading the updates on all of my class mates and look forward to seeing ya'll at the reunion!!

Comment: Upon graduation I attended Montevallo, worked for Pizitz as an assistant buyer, married in 1972 and later had three GREAT kids: Michelle, Jimmy and Kristi Rosso.  Tuscaloosa became home in 1983. 





For the past 25 years I have worked at Englewood Elementary School where I was instrumental in the development of a computer lab.  I taught computer for 15 years and received a state award for the Most Innovative Computer Teacher for Grades K-6. When the enrollment reached 1200, the school split and Englewood was now a school for grades 3-5. I then decided to move into the office where I was, and still am, the bookkeeper/secretary.


 


I  divorced after 24 yrs, and a few years later I married Patrick Burt in 1998.  We love to camp, travel (9 days in England -a once in a lifetime opportunity) and spend time with the kids and 5 grandkids. All the kids live close by which makes it nice. I have two brothers living, Tim who lives in Tuscaloosa and Jim who lives in Atlanta. April of last year my brother, Steve Bryant, died. He also went to Berry and graduated in 1971.

Late breaking news flash.  My husband Chuck and I are moving to Belize!!!  We have reinvented ourselves many times over the years having lived all over the US from Florida to Oregon and lots of places in between.  Now we have decided  That it is time for a more laid back and slowed down lifestyle.  We are building a house in N Belize, just outside of Corozal Town.  The kids think we are certifiable, but they are all on their own now so it's time for Mom and Dad to have a fling.  I can still be reached through this web site and would like to invite anyone coming our way to give us a ring.  We'd love to show you why we are in love with Belize.  Loved seeing everyone at the reunion.  Didn't have a chance to talk to everyone I would have like to, so I'll try to come back for the next one.
